Las sentencias definitivas ejecutoriadas de los Tribunales Administrativos y del Consejo de Estado, son obligatorias para los particulares y la Administración, no están sujetas a recursos distintos de los establecidos en esta Ley, y quedan sometidas a la formalidad del registro en los mismos casos en que la ley la exige para las proferidas por los Jueces comunes.
