Decreto 1895 de 1994 · por el cual se reglamenta el Régimen Subsidiado del Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud, contenido en el Decreto-ley 1298 de 1994

º . Pérdida de la calidad de afiliado. La calidad de afiliado al Régimen Subsidiado se pierde por una cualquiera de las siguientes causas

Cuando se cumplen los requisitos para pertenecer al Régimen Contributivo, definidos en el Decreto-ley 1298 y sus decretos reglamentarios.

Por renuncia voluntaria del afiliado que desea trasladarse al Régimen Contributivo.

Por interrupción del pago de los aportes obligatorios por más de tres (3) meses cuando ello sea aplicable, sin que medie explicación satisfactoria a criterio de la autoridad calificadora de que trata el artículo 7º del presente Decreto.
