°. Las personas que formulen y las que distribuyen D.D.T. o productos en que entre este compuesto deberán enviar informes trimestrales al Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario -ICA- y al Ministerio de Salud, con las indicaciones siguientes, según el caso

a)

Persona natural o jurídica a quién se expidió la formula

b)

Volumen de D.D.T. formulado

c)

Predios en los cuales se aplicó el plaguicida

d)

Relación de compradores de D.D.T.

e)

Volumen de ventas

f)

Lugar y fecha de venta y persona, natural o jurídica, a la cual se hizo la venta y

g)

Cantidad de D.D.T. en depósito
