NOMENCLATURA, CLASIFICACION Y PLANTAS DE PERSONAL DE LAS ENTIDADES DESCENTRALIZADAS INTENDENCIALES Y COMISARIALES. La nomenclatura y clasificación de los empleos de las entidades descentralizadas Intendenciales y Comisariales será la que se adopte para la respectiva entidad territorial conforme al artículo 36 del presente Decreto. Las plantas de personal serán determinadas por las autoridades que señalen sus actos de creación o sus estatutos orgánicos, aprobados por el Intendente o Comisario según el caso y sin que se puedan crear a cargo del tesoro obligaciones que superen el monto fijado en el presupuesto inicialmente aprobado para el pago de servicios personales.
