Características de los bonos pensionales especiales Tipo T . Los bonos a los que se refiere este capítulo tienen las siguientes características

Están constituidos por cuotas partes o cupones de bono y cada entidad reconocerá y pagará su cupón directamente al ISS, hoy Administradora Colombiana de Pensiones (Colpensiones) o a quien haga sus veces.

Se expresarán en pesos, redondeados al múltiplo de mil más cercano.

Son nominativos.

Únicamente participan como cuotapartistas entidades públicas u oficiales de cualquier orden.

No son negociables. (Decreto 4937 de 2009, artículo 3°)
