Art. 43. De toda sentencia ó auto condenatorio por fraude á las rentas nacionales se sacará un extracto que contenga los nombres de los autores, cómplices y auxiliadores, su estado, religión, profesión y vecindad, la clase de fraude, el lugar en que se ejecutó y la pena impuesta. Dicho extracto se publicará en los periódicos oficiales de los Departamentos y en el Diario Oficial, quedando tales autores, cómplices y auxiliadores impedidos para ejercer cualquier cargo público.
