Normativa aplicable a las Fuerzas Militares y la Policía Nacional. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía podrá regular los esquemas de abastecimiento aplicables y requisitos que deberán cumplir las Fuerzas Militares y la Policía Nacional para acreditarse como distribuidores minoristas de combustibles líquidos o para acreditarse bajo la figura de gran consumidor.

Parágrafo

Cuando las Fuerzas Militares actúen como agentes serán sujeto del régimen sancionatorio aplicable.
