º . Denominación, nacionalidad y naturaleza. La empresa que se organiza por medio del presente Decreto se denominará Empresa Eléctrica del Oriente S.A., ESP. podrá utilizar la sigla Electroriente S.A., ESP; tendrá naturaleza de Sociedad de Economía Mixta del orden nacional, junto con el carácter de sociedad anónima comercial de nacionalidad colombiana y estará vinculada al Ministerio de Minas y Energía.
