Art. 65. Transcurrido el término de veinte días y el de la distancia, contados desde aquél en que se reciba en la Oficina de Cuentas aviso de haberse apelado de un auto de fenecimiento por el cual se deduzca alcance líquido, sin que el responsable haya mejorado la apelación presentando los documentos ó alegando las razones que tenga para desvanecer los cargos, la Oficina de Cuentas procederá, sin aguardar más datos, á decidir la apelación.
