Con base en la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000), proveniente de la cancelación de saldos pasivos en el balance de la Nación por no construir exigibilidades a cargo del Tesoro, según certificación expedida por la Contraloría General de la República en oficio fechado el 1° de octubre del presente año, ábrense los siguientes créditos al Presupuesto vigente:
