Quedará exento de las sanciones, establecidas en los artículos anteriores, el que probare la exactitud de las imputaciones que haya hecho. Sin embargo en ningún caso se admitirá la prueba: 1°. Sobre la imputación de cualquier hecho punible que hubiere sido materia de absolución o sobreseimiento definitivos en Colombia o en el extranjero. 2°. Sobre la imputación de hechos que se refieran a la vida, conyugal o de familia, o a un delito contra las buenas costumbres cuya investigación dependa de la iniciativa privada.
