ARTICULO 8 º. La bonificación por servicios prestados a que tienen derecho los empleados que trabajan en la Contraloría General de la República, será equivalente al cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la asignación básica mensual que corresponda al empleado en la fecha en que se cause el derecho a percibirla, siempre que no devengue una asignación básica mensual superior a dos (2) salarios mínimos. Para los demás empleados la bonificación por servicios prestados será equivalente al treinta y cinco por ciento (35%) de la asignación básica mensual.
