Artículo segundo. Con efectividad al 1o. de enero de 1978, fíjase en tres mil pesos ($ 3.000.00) el valor de la hora-mes de trabajo para los médicos y odontólogos que a la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto se encuentren remunerados por dicho sistema.
