Las oficinas destinatarias de las piezas de que trata el artículo 12, una vez obtenidas las cubiertas o fajas correspondientes, las enviarán al Departamento de Correos del Ministerio. De igual modo procederán las oficinas destinatarias cuando sean ellas las que noten irregularidades en los citados franqueos.
