°. Planes Piloto. La UAE Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) en desarrollo del artículo 631-3 del Estatuto Tributario, dispondrá, mediante resolución, aquellos contribuyentes que deberán suministrar información preparada con base en los nuevos marcos técnicos normativos, para que la primera pueda adelantar la medición de impacto y proponer las medidas legislativas a que haya lugar.

Parágrafo 1

La UAE Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) deberá implementar los formatos correspondientes para el suministro de la información de que trata este artículo.
