Cuando para efectos de establecer el grado de incapacidad resultante, haya de considerarse la preexistencia de un siniestro anterior ocurrido en otro de los Países Miembros, la cuantía total de la prestación, fijada sobre el último salario, será cubierta por los dos Países Miembros a prorrata del grado de disminución de capacidad que hubiere producido cada siniestro y de conformidad con sus respectivas legislaciones.
