Diligencia de autenticación. El notario extenderá la diligencia de autenticación de copias directamente o utilizando un sello. En ambos casos se precisará que el contenido del documento corresponde exactamente al que tuvo a la vista.

Para la autenticación de firmas podrá también utilizar un sello que se ajustará a lo dispuesto en el artículo 73 del Decreto-Ley 0960 de 1970.

Las diligencias de autenticación serán suscritas por el notario con firma autógrafa en último lugar.
