La presente ley tiene por objeto modificar el artículo 88 de la Ley 1801 de 2016, referente a la inclusión de las personas con discapacidad o con movilidad reducida dentro de la protección especial que establece la disposición legislativa, en el contexto de la utilización de los servicios de baños en establecimientos de comercio abiertos al público, aun sin ser clientes de estos.
