El personal de subalmacen de Obras Publicas que figuran en el capitulo V-3 prestara sus servicios desde la sanción de este Acuerdo hasta la terminación de la obra en la carretera Mocoa-Pitalito, en la misma forma prestara los servicios el pagador auxiliar que figura en el Capítulo IV-1.
