El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional podrá autorizar el funcionamiento de centros de capacitación de personal de vigilantes y escoltas, según reglamentación que expida el Gobierno Nacional.

Parágrafo

La licencia de funcionamiento para los centros de capacitación a que se refiere el presente artículo, no podrá ser expedida a persona jurídica alguna, a la cual se le haya conferido permiso para la prestación de servicios de vigilancia privada.
