Prórroga De La Concesión Para Embarcaderos

Prórroga de la concesión para embarcaderos. Quien pretenda solicitar la prórroga de los dos (2) años de concesión para embarcaderos tendrá que solicitarla con tres (3) meses de antelación al vencimiento de la misma, acreditando que las condiciones para el otorgamiento inicial se conservan. Si la solicitud no se hace dentro de este término, la entidad competente procederá a solicitar la reversión de las zonas de uso público y de la infraestructura que allí se encuentre habitualmente instalada.
