El funcionario que le fuere destinado en comisión al desempeño de un cargo de inferior o superior categoría a la que le corresponde en el Escalafón, tendrá derecho a que se le reconozca la diferencia que haya entre las asignaciones propias de su categoría y las del cargo que desempeñé en Comisión.
