º . Las asignaciones fijadas en las escalas corresponden exclusivamente a empleos de carácter permanente y de tiempo completo . Los empleos de media jornada se remuneraran en forma proporcional. Por ningún motivo se establecerán empleos c uya jornada sea inferior a medio tiempo. Para los efectos de este Decreto se entiende por empleos de medio tiempo los que tienen una jornada diaria no inferior a cuatro (4) horas. Los cargos de medio tiempo deberán estar fijados en la Planta de Personal del Departamento Nacional de Planeación como requisito indispensable para su provisión.
