Los actos emanados del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar son actos administrativos. Deben estar inspirados en sus objetivos o propósitos y encaminados a una regular prestación del servicio. Constarán por escrito, y, previamente a su firma, notificación, publicación o comunicación, deberán ser revisadas por la Subdirección Jurídica del mismo, con el fin de comprobar su armonía con la Ley.
