º De la creación de los Grupos de Integración Industrial. Las entidades a que se refiere el artículo 1º del Decreto 222 de 1983 y cuyas importaciones de maquinarias, equipos y repuestos durante el período 1981-1986 hayan sido superiores a 60 millones de dólares FOB, deberán establecer grupos de trabajo denominados Grupos de Integración con la Industria.

Parágrafo

La creación de los Grupos de Integración Industrial a que se refiere este Decreto no implica variaciones en la estructura de entidades.
