El que en ejercicio de un ramo del comercio, engañe al comprador, entregándole una cosa por otra, o una cosa de un origen, calidad o cantidad diferentes de las que declare al hacer la entrega, o de las que se había convenido, será castigado con reclusión por quince días a cuatro meses, y multa de diez a trescientos pesos.
