Apertura del proceso de selección . El jefe de la entidad o su delegado, mediante acto administrativo de carácter general, ordenará de manera motivada la apertura del proceso de selección de promotores para integrar el registro calificado. El acto administrativo de que trata el presente artículo y el trámite de apertura observarán las reglas establecidas en el presente decreto en el Título II y las normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan en lo que le fuere aplicable.
