El artículo 128 del Decreto 80 de 1980 quedará así: "El patrimonio de las instituciones oficiales que tengan el carácter de establecimientos públicos, estará constituido por:

a)

Las partidas que se les asigne dentro del Presupuesto Nacional, departamental, intendencial, comisarial o municipal.

b)

Los bienes muebles e inmuebles que actualmente poseen y los que adquieran posteriormente.

c)

Las rentas que reciban por concepto de matrículas, inscripciones y demás derechos.

d)

Los bienes que como personas jurídicas adquieren a cualquier título".
