En los juicios de expropiación de los predios a que se refiere el artículo anterior, serán aplicables las normas de procedimiento contenidas en los artículos 3° a 12, inclusive, de la Ley 1ª de 1943.
El término que tienen los peritos avaluadores para rendir su dictamen podrá prorrogarse por el juez hasta por sesenta días, cuando lo estime necesario.
