° Del reglamento interno. En el reglamento interno del Consejo Profesional de Administrador Público se determinarán, entre otros, los siguientes aspectos

Estructuración interna del Consejo: Elecciones, directivas, funciones, sede, sesiones, actas y libros respectivos, quórum para sesionar, deliberar y decidir.

Recursos financieros.

Régimen de las formalidades para presentar y tramitar la solicitud de expedición de la matrícula profesional a los Administradores Públicos que llenen los requisitos legales.

Sistema de publicaciones periódicas, para efectos de hacer conocer a los interesados el registro nacional de administradores públicos, las decisiones y actos que expida el Consejo Profesional. CAPITULO IV De la Matrícula y Tarjeta Profesional.
