LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.6.1.9.1. Objeto de la Sección. La presente sección tiene por objeto establecer las reglas que deben seguirse para efectos de financiar y desarrollar programas y proyectos que promuevan el empleo y el emprendimiento en zonas rurales y de posconflicto con cargo al Fondo de Solidaridad de Fomento al Empleo y Protección al Cesante (Fosfec), en el marco de lo previsto en el parágrafo 2° del artículo 9° de la Ley 1780 de 2016.
