Los servidores públicos de que trata este decreto, tendrán derecho a un auxilio de transporte en los mismos términos y cuantías que establezca el Gobierno para los trabajadores particulares y empleados y trabajadores del Estado, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior. No tendrán derecho a este auxilio los servidores públicos que se encuentren en disfrute de vacaciones o en uso de licencia, suspendidos en el ejercicio del cargo, o cuando la entidad correspondiente suministre este servicio.
