Repealed

ART 214. Exceptúase de lo dispuesto en el anterior artículo el interés adicional, pagadero en caso de demora, y expresamente estipulado, por cláusula penal, en el contrato de préstamo.

Este interés adicional no podrá exceder nunca en más de una tercera parte al interés normal estipulado.
