El Gobierno queda autorizado para hacer los traslados o abrir los créditos necesarios para atender el correcto funcionamiento de la Sección de Cinematografía, así como para introducir las modificaciones que juzgue necesarias en el personal y asignaciones contemplados en el presente Decreto.
