° No se reconocerán y pagarán hospitalizaciones sino por causa de intervenciones de alta cirugía o por enfermedades infectocontagiosas que no puedan en manera alguna ser tratadas en las enfermerías de las Unidades. Para las intervenciones de alta cirugía, se necesita la previa autorización del Ministerio de Guerra, salvo los casos cuya urgencia no permita llenar este requisito.
