Son empleados de la empresa o empresas establecidas o que se establezcan en el pais, los representantes y agentes viajeros que sean personas naturales, cuando se dedican exclusivamente al ejercicio de su profesión y no constituyan por si mismos una empresa comercial. En consecuencia,dichos trabajadores están cobijados por las normas legales que se relacionan con los empleados particulares.
