° Los Comités se reunirán ordinariamente una vez por semana en el día que señalen ,en sesiones de duración no menor de cuatro horas y la Comisión lo hará por lo menos dos veces al mes, o en cualquier momento en que sea citada por el Ministro de Gobierno o el Presidente de la Sala de consulta, también en sesiones de duración mínima de cuatro horas.
