Los procesados por delito de robo, hurto, estafa o encubrimiento que se realicen sobre vehículos automotores, repuestos o accesorios para los mismos, serán juzgados por el procedimiento establecido en la Ley 48 de 1936, cualquiera que sea su cuantía, y los condenados por estos ilícitos serán enviados a una colonia penal.
