° Los médicos de sanidad creados por Decreto número 542 de 1905, dependerán, desde la publicación de este Decreto, del Ministerio de Gobierno, y tendrán las funciones y deberes que para ellos determine el Ministro de ese ramo. Queda, en consecuencia, derogado el artículo 2.° del Decreto, mencionado.
