Con excepción del Ministro de Educación Nacional o el Viceministro delegado, quienes actúan en representación del Gobierno Nacional, los miembros de la Junta Directiva del Icetex tendrán un período fijo de dos (2) años, y deberán tomar posesión ante el funcionario de la Superintendencia Financiera, delegado para tal efecto.
