Art. 5.° No obstante los plazos quo se conceden por el presente decreto para el pago de las dotes, los documentos que se presenten á la conversión y respecto de los cuales se aprueben las propuestas por el Poder Ejecutivo, serán inutilizados como lo dispone el artículo 13 del decreto que se adiciona.
