ORGNIZACION AUTONOMA DE LOS PROMOTORES. Las instituciones financieras, los intermediarios de seguros y las entidades distintas a unas y a otras, con las cuales, en los términos del presente Decreto, se hubiere celebrado el respectivo convenio de promoción con la sociedad administradora del sistema general de pensiones deberán disponer de una organización técnica, contable y administrativa que permita la prestación precisa de sus actividades vinculadas con el sistema general de pensiones respecto de las demás actividades que desarrollan en virtud de su objeto social.
