Las infracciones a cualquiera de las disposiciones de la presente ley o a cualquiera de las normas legales a que ella se remite, que no tenga prevista penalidad especial, se castigarán con multas hasta de mil pesos ($1.000), que impondrán, breve y sumariamente, los Jueces y Tribunales del Trabajo. Los apremios podrán consistir en multas sucesivas hasta por doscientos pesos ($200) por cada vez, y en arresto hasta de diez días. El valor de los apremios y multas ingresarán al Tesoro Nacional.
