Ninguna persona natural o jurídica podrá poner a su servicio o al de otra persona, dentro del territorio de la República naves aéreas para el levantamiento de mapas o planos aerofotogramétricos, sino dando aviso previo al Ministerio de industrias y a la primera autoridad política del lugar en donde haya de hacerse el levantamiento. Por cada levantamiento de esta clase, hacho sin el aviso correspondiente, incurrirá el infractor en una multa de mil a cinco mil pesos ($ 1.000 a $ 5.000).
