De la venta de los terrenos nacionales en el Municipio de Montería, autorizada por el artículo primero (1°) del Decreto legislativo número 367 de 1957, se excluso una zona de diez (10) hectáreas que se traspasará gratuitamente a la Diócesis de Montería para .su utilización por el Seminario Diocesano.
