Derecho A Elegir Y Ser Elegido

Ley 1727 de 2014 · por medio de la cual se reforma el Código de Comercio, se fijan normas para el fortalecimiento de la gobernabilidad y el funcionamiento de las Cámaras de Comercio y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Para elegir y ser elegido miembro de Junta Directiva, se requiere haber ostentado ininterrumpidamente la calidad de afiliado durante los dos (2) últimos años calendario, previos al 31 de marzo del año correspondiente a la respectiva elección y que a la fecha de la elección conserven esta calidad.

Las sociedades que tengan sucursales matriculadas fuera de su domicilio principal podrán elegir y ser elegidas para integrar la Junta Directiva de la Cámara de Comercio de la jurisdicción en que estas se encuentren matriculadas, cumpliendo los requisitos antes señalados.
