Los interesados podrán gestionar personalmente todo lo relacionado con los recursos de reposición y apelación en la vía gubernativa, sin necesidad de apoderado, pero, si lo constituyen, este deberá ser abogado titulado e inscrito en las dependencias de la Dirección Nacional de valorización.
