La calificación a que se refiere el artículo anterior será otorgada mediante resolución expedida por el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito y tendrá una vigencia de cinco (5) años. No obstante podrá modificarse en cualquier tiempo a petición de la empresa o de oficio.
