Para conceder licencia de producción, el Ministerio de Agricultura enviara a la fábrica un revisor calificado, que en coordinación con uno del Instituto de Investigaciones Tecnológicas o del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario, inspeccione las instalaciones y verifique si se llenan los requisitos que exige el presente Decreto. El Ministerio mediante resolución debidamente motivada, otorgará o negará la licencia.
