Las entidades de derecho público que ejercen la intermediación laboral quedan obligadas a presentar trimestralmente los informes estadísticos sobre el movimiento de demandas y ofertas de trabajo, colocaciones, etc., dentro de los primeros quince (15) días de los siguientes meses: enero, abril, julio y octubre de cada año.
